I am just curious! I see a lot of people talking about cold and snow. Where is everyone from? I am in Northwest Florida. Although its not as cold as the North right now its pretty freezing here. Anyone in the south?

I am so happy this morning. I guess i know now what has been holding my weight loss back. Now that i have quit Splend and caffiene i have saw a great weight loss this morning. I am so thrilled. Maybe i will make my first challenge and loose 20 pounds by Valentines day!

DETERMINED!
I have been following my diet as i thought was correct. Now after doing some research and recieving information from a buddy i have figured out i have been makeing some mistakes. No more mistakes will be made. I am taking all this information and i am getting rid of this weight. Today is a new day for me! I have been slacking on my cardio and exercising and just doing the minimal needed to pass my Challenges, NO MORE will this happen! Instead of sitting at home during the day with the kids its time to get out and get motivated! By next Sunday i will be on a well defined weight loss track and hopefuly by the end of my first Challenge (on Vlentines Day) i will be half way to a new and improved me. Thanks for everyones suggestions and answers to my questions.
