Rubbish so the poor weekend choices have given me a 600 g weight gain. Cant say i'm not supprised hopefully i can be back on track this week although i have just had another piece of cake.....Naughty girl it will be better when they are all gone and then they wont call my name from the fridge!!!

Have had a really bad day today couldn't shut down the card monster and binged on the cakes I made for the freezer for next weekend. So not only do I feel bad for pigging out I will also have to find time to redo the baking!!
Am out travelling again next week will have to hit the hotel gym hard to work off all this cake

well when i say reasonably well i suppose it depends on your interpretation of reasonably :0) Generally i'm doing ok. i have been trying out another calorie tracker but dont think i like it as much as the one here on FS Will start here again i think this week as i would much rather have all my things in one place it makes this journey easier.

Looking out my office window this morning the sun is shining the sky is blue and if i ignore the constant pop up of email notifications i would say life is real good right now.
