Lowest weight since March 2016 - constant up and down - highest 205 - lowest 144. This is the first time in my life I've been able to lose on my own and I give all the credit to Keto WOE. Carbs trigger overeating carbs. First thing I did last November was cut out sugar and start CICO. Way too hard. I know I can"t maintain for the long haul. Tend to gain it all back, then some. In January I found KETO and once I got my electrolytes balanced out it's been smooth sailing. Slow but smooth, steady, easy. I'm reflecting because I need the reminder that this will work for a lifetime. This post will be boring as hell. You may want to stop reading now.
This last week I even had one meal that included 1 1/2 cups of roasted cherry tomatoes. High carb. And one evening dessert of decadent icecream. It through off my ketones a bit but I bounced right back. I'm so happy with how this is working. I am interested in how I maintain this for the next year. I know it will be important to keep recording my food daily and my weight weekly. Going unconscious is previous pattern. I can't let this happen again. FS and Keto is the answer for me. I haven't lost any weight to speak of since July. I went back through food journals to see what's changed. The thing that stands out is water. I'm not concentrating on getting a lot of water. Also, my carb intake is consistently over 10%. Not too much higher. Actually, it's pretty much right in where it was when I was losing. I've got to get more firmly into ketois. Perhaps it's the water. That's changing today. Thanks for listening.
