Whew the sick as a dog really doesn’t cover it today. Went out to dinner at Houlihan’s last night and had the early bird. Sea Scallops with asparagus risotto. Only 540 calories so I figure I be okay. Well the shellfish must have been bad. I’ve been throwing up all night and day any my stomach feels like I have the alien inside waiting to mature and burst out.

Well Fun DAY today and last night. Broke a molar, and had a new cap started today. Can't think of anymore fun. On top of it fighting a very bad airplane cold!!!

You know the expression sick as a Dog. Well today I am as sick as a Great Dane! Not sure if it was the person hacking his/her lungs out on the flight back from San Diego, or my son bringing his cold home from school. In either case I caught it and man it truly does suck. Especially with Asthma on top of it.

Holy Moly! I actually lost weight after all the Vacation binge eating. It must have been all the stairs and Hills in San Diego!

Well Back from San Diego :-( went from sunshine and 70's to cloudy skies and 50's!!!
What the heck, Yesterday my wife and I bought a new car first in 11 years. Could not believe all the gadgets it has in it. Our first ever SUV. Tomorrow I hit the scales and see how much damage the trip did to my weight. I won't say it it is hard to eat healthy while on vacation as that would be cop out and lie. However, I choose not to. It was vacation and I must have walked at least 5 miles each day up and down stairway in the Midway and hills in the Zoo. Ate really bad the last two days buying the new SUV, Actually went to McDonald's ugh worst choice ever. Plus my wife baked a cake for our return. No way I could not eat that, not if I wanted to stay married anyway. Anyway back to the watching what I eat tomorrow, starting with my egg beaters and tuna for lunch.
