Day 5 of IF. No movement on the scale but no biggie there. Going to pick up a small bag of nuts (hoping for macadamia but will settle for almonds) to help better balance intake between 'lunch' and 'dinner'. 866cals is what I expect to eat today. For me pre planning is a big key. I am using FS to plot out I expect to eat a couple days out. Then it is just a matter of executing the plan and recording deviations as necessary. Seems to take the 'stress' of deciding what to eat out of the equation for me at least.
Also adjusting macro targets to account for more carb intake primarily in the form of psyllium husk powder for the fiber content. Keeping net carbs below 5g a day on average. Continued fine tuning of my chosen course.

bottom end of day 4 with 16:8.. just home from the office and slammed down my protein shake concoction.. now have 1.5 hours to consume 239 more calories to get to the 843 planned for the day. Not finding any struggles doing the 16:8 thing, beyond the concern of getting enough calories to fuel the bod. Right now I feel like I have to eat too much in a short period of time when I get home to get above 300 or so calories during the work day.
Looking to add something like measured amounts of macadamia, pecan or brazil nuts to add something calorie dense and healthy fat friendly that can fit in a pocket of my motorcycle jacket along with my ham slices or baggy of tuna. (I ride a pretty stripped down 'bobber' that has no bags or such to carry stuff and I don't want do the backpack of tank bag thing). If y’all have any other suggestions that might fit the bill toss them at me.
For those considering IF, take into account how work/life schedule plays into your eating window. This might be a key factor in your planning.
Feeling good physically and mentally. So much so that even though, I miss the taste of something like french fries or sourdough bread I am not craving anything like that.

More progress made, the first 25 gone towards the initial goal of 100. Into the 4th day of 16:8 IF. This will be the first around a full normal workday so will give me a better idea how I might be able to shape things intake wise (making sure I get enough calories in).
Fist thing is to stuff some coffee into the system and kick start the brain cell.
Hope everyone has a good day and does one little thing to move yourself toward your goals no matter what they may be.

Down a little more after a long day yesterday. More than a bit emotionally wrecked this morning after the passing of a close friend and 20+ year coworker overnight. May slip today and tomorrow helping his family deal with things but I'm not going to worry about it, there are things far more important.
Life is short people, remember that. Stick to your plans, stick to your paths, so you can enjoy it and those around you more fully.
