Pollo al Curry

Pollo al curry con yogurt magro (no panna) e riso.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mettere a bollire acqua e sale per cuocere il riso, intanto tagliare il pollo a cubetti.
  2. Scaldare un cucchiaino di olio in una padella antiaderente, rosolare il pollo e salarlo a piacimento.
  3. Quando il pollo è rosolato, sfumare con un po' di succo di limone e aggiungere poca acqua.
  4. Mettere il riso a cuocere.
  5. Quando l'acqua si sarà asciugata, aggiungere un paio di cucchiai di yogurt greco (o magro) e un cucchiaino i curry (ma comunque la quantità dipende da voi e da quanto vi piace il sapore speziato).
  6. Mentre la cottura viene ultimata (un paio di min), scolare il riso.
