Up a little today and that’s ok. I went over my cals yesterday and I’m feeling bloated today. Did yoga on lunch yesterday and went to the gym last night. Made myself go tonight too. Now I’m just hangin out on the porch with my bunny, enjoying a nice breeze.

Im SURE this is all water weight. Its hard not to be excited about it, but I know that realistically, one day of "eating right" didnt make me lose 4 pounds. I also started TOM today so thats all very confusing. All in all though - its a good confidence boost.
Hit my steps yesterday with a 2 mile walk at lunch and a short and steamy walk in the evening. Didnt go to the gym but I did get some of my tomatoes in the ground. Ive been waiting for the roofers to come and finish the job so they dont trample my garden but they havent come back yet and my stuff just cant wait any longer. Its SCREAMING to be transplanted. So, tomatoes are in and Im soaking my zukes, cukes, and sunflowers before I transplant them in the next couple of days. Plus that gives me time to find a place for them to go.

Pretty lazy this week/weekend. Ate like crap, didnt move much. I did my online tuesday Yoga class, and thursday zoom amrap with coworkers but thats pretty much it. I didnt go to the actual gym at all. I MADE myself mow yesterday. Im officially 15 pounds up from my lowest (which I only hit one day so maybe closer to 10-12) and its frustrating and I feel like a big loser. My close friend had WL surgery (IDK what kind specifically) and shes already so tiny now. Its hard not to be jealous since shes like half the size in less than a year. And then I think, well if I wouldve stayed true to myself, where would I be right now? Not back in this spot.
Its all just so irritating. Its all my own fault- and thats the most infuriating part. Instead of letting it beat me down, Im going to stand back up and keep trying though. I havent decided on my plan yet, but Im going to give myself July to focus on it (with the exception of my birthday), and then see where Im at. Theres two programs im debating between and they both work for me but one I can only do for a short time so this might be it, then back to tracking macros/flex dieting.
Anyway, Im off to take a walk in the melting sun and 1000% humidity. Maybe Ill sweat off some pounds (haha).

Didnt make it to the gym yesterday but I did hit my step goal - mainly because I had a bajillion things to do.
I have an AMRAP today with my work friends and Im debating if I want to do it at work or go home. Both have pros and cons but the biggest is shower/air conditioning vs high humidity/sitting at my desk sweaty.

Im up a little today because I had pizza from a local place that I forgot I liked haha. People here have very strong opinions about it, they either love it or hate it because the sauce is a little different. I havent had it in AGES because the rest of my family hates it. OMG it was so good.
So tonight will probably be our last night of pickup/delivery since OUR FRIDGE CAME TODAY! I was about to walk out the door for my kids Dr appt (bad belly for a couple weeks) and they called. We expected them between 12-4 and they were here at 8! So it should be ready hopefully later this evening or tomorrow morning to start stocking. Plus we just have stuff everywhere in the kitchen from moving things around. I cant wait to start pitching stuff but I have to be sneaky about it because some people in the house think we need to hold on to it all. Anyway, Ill be able to have food readily available, and can start prepping and having better choices right in front of me.
Yesterday I did Yoga on lunch, and walked 2 miles in the evening with the dogs. It was such a beautiful night. I dont know if Ill make it to the gym tonight either, I have a Dr appt and we have so much work to do, putting everything "right" again. Glad I took the day off of work!
