Not my favorite because it’s kinda dry, but I’m trying to cut back on wasting food. 🤷♀️ Next time I’ll buy regular steel cut oats- it’s worth the 30 mins.

Up again today but Im sure its water. I was just over in cals and fat, way under in carbs, and at the top of my protein range so I kinda killed it with my macs yesterday. So unless I really underestimated (very possible), Im retaining water. Thats ok, I look forward to a whoosh.
Strangely enough though, as much as I struggled all of last year, I have no desire to "throw it all away" or give up because Im not seeing immediate results. I know that mindset it ridiculous but I still fall into sometimes (2020). When I started these two challenges, I really thought at one point - I wont last a day doing this again - but here I am doing it! It hasnt even been a whole week but I feel pretty good about how its going.
Its also supposed to get up to 42 today so Ill be taking the doggos for a walk on lunch!

Up a little today but Im not shocked. I went over my macs a little and I felt bloated all day. Almost time for TOM to visit so expected but not welcome!

Oatmeal bar made with PB, Honey, and Oats. Im trying unsweetened coconut and cacao nibs this time. A bit dry but a nice 3 o’clock snack
