Meh. I should be happy todays weigh in but Im just irritated. I had a pretty crappy day at work and with my kid and for the record - yes I did eat the pop tarts. I logged it and readjusted my plans for the rest of the day. A little over my goals not enough to make a huge difference. I came home and had a nice dinner then curled up with my dog and watched Captain America. Nice way to end the day.

Basic lunch today- leftover rice, leftover pork chop (because my kid ate my precooked chicken), and frozen veggies with a carry out packet of soy sauce.

I went over my macs a little yesterday because I was mindlessly eating some pork rinds (WHY?) and then I was super pissy last night and had some chocolate while I was lounging in bed watching Winx on Netflix. My life is so grand haha.
Still going up, getting more pissed by the minute. I bought pop tarts out of the vending machine because that'll teach me!!

So bloated that I feel like the Michelin Man right now. At least I dont feel like eating breakfast right now! 😂
So again Im wondering if Im underestimating or if this is just flux. Ive been weighing my proteins so Im thinking just flux. I even talked myself out of a snack last night because I knew I wasnt hungry and it would just put me over.
I made it to a virtual Hiit last night. I was late and irritated but I made it. I dont know what my movement plan for today will be, maybe endurance? Yoga? I have a long meeting that goes over lunch today so Im sure Ill be looking forward to doing something after.

I hate seeing this number go up! Im feeling pretty bloated today so Im sure itll go back down tomorrow, its just irritating.
I got a lot done yesterday (cleaning, laundry, dishes, prepping, and precooking) but it snowed all day so I didnt venture outside. The snow I could handle but I hate the wind and it was pretty windy too.
Today I will hit the gym either virtually or in person. Ill check the weather and see if I can take the dogs out for a quick walk, and I might squeeze in a small yoga session.
