day 4 this week exercising..now to keeping up with it every week. I did it before , going try again. 😊

I had horrible night trying to sleep. but I managed a nap and my work out today! my stomach been hurting. hope not getting sick. I'm finally motivated enough to work out don't need a set back now

last Thurs I did yoga abs and arms, on Fri I did 12 min of cardio lol I was sore all weekend. today I did 20 Min cardio. I'm so weak compared to what I was months ago. however I'm proud that i manage these days exercise some sort of way. I know I need to be patient and It will get easier and I'll be back to my once stronger self. 😊

since I started working in August, I haven't been able to stick with my exercise routine. so I been trying to at least focus eating healthy on our budget. lately I been having a lot of anxiety which can make me feel nauseous and unable to eat that much. I know exercise will help, however no excuses, I just am struggling to do it. I'm so close to my main goal too!
