fighting pain iny neck and side jaw, I'm not giving up. took some motrin, and since it is a beautiful day here finally, I did walk jog rather living room work out. my mind wanted to go longer but my left knee said nope u done. so I finished with a 15 minutes ab exercise 😊 not bad I have to say.

I been in pain a week now. saw my Dr yesterday and he diagnosed me with trigeminal neuralgia. he put me on trileptal ( anti seizure med to treat the nerve pain) and hydrocodone acetaminophen...I'm having horrible anxiety because I'm scared about whole thing. I don't know much but from what I have read it's not comforting. I hope it gets better and all myard work losing weight doesn't come back. I pushed forward today and I exercise 45 min! I'm going to keep at it best I can. I waited to take my new med after I Work out. makes me feel weird. I will take my second dose after work tonight. I am trying to remain positive however at the same time a part of me is frighten. I really hope this will go away and I can get off the med. all this was caused by the flu virus I had last week my Dr said. crazy!

got hit with flu midllevof night on Monday. Tues I was in bed all day, yesterday (we'd) I tried to fight it I had body aches all day. today (Thur) I feel better except I had pain and burn feeling around out side my ear spreading around neck,jaw back of head. ill keep an eye on that. anyways since I feel much better today I did my work out. proud that I didn't let a couple days sick hold me back. 😊

today is week 5 day one exercising. I did hour of Bob Harper on you tube! kick my butt! my little motivator saying u can do it mommy lol as she is playing with her toys ..I been doing about 4 days a week. working towards 5 days. gotta work on drinking more water too. anyways I'm happy I'm on week 5!

just feeling super tired all day so far, however I managed to do 30 minute yoga exercise. really had to push myself to do it. I just want stay in bed and sleep. not with kids and work tonight. hope I feel more energetic tomorrow. at least I did some sort of exercise today..☺ this is just one of them days . not every day is easy
