Fun day! get an email from my dietitian, she is not happy with m food choices. Been keeping my calories between 1800 an 2000 each day. Been walking my Chip each morning around the block (about the length of two football fields). Plus I go for an after dinner walk with my wife each day. Now I am 326.4 lbs as of last week, so the calories are good enough at this weight to lose 2 lbs each week maybe an little more with the added walking. So she bot mad at me for having a cookie are a piece of candy instead of the healthier snacks. Oh yeah she complained about the apple without cheese are the oatmeal (low-sugar type) without having nuts. She suggested I eat melon, grapes with an oz of cheese. LOL, I am highly allergic to melons and recently grapes. Now when it comes to lunch nuts, or cheese both of which are my kryptonite! an oz not going to happen are 1/4 of nuts pftttt. That is like telling a 5 year old to stay away from the candy!!! Now candy and I have a mini bar or a couple of Hershey Kisses and I am good for few days. Same is with cookies, I have one and I know that I shouldn't so I can walk away from them. Same with cakes and pies, Have a slice and I am good for a couple of weeks. Not to have something are deny yourself a guilty taste of something and the next thing you know is your eating the whole darn thing. So I emailed her back and reminded her that she said have the ice cream cone (summer) once every other week just get a kids cone or a small cone. and that she is the one who told me to have a piece of chocolate every once in awhile as a treat to reward myself. I mean for gods sate be consistent.

Well I walked a lot today. Also everyday we like to waste gas an take a ride down to the shore are just in country, sometimes to one of the three malls in our area. We are supposed to hit with a North Easterner Tomorrow night so I guess I better see if the old chainsaw is ready to go along with the emergency generator. We had been looking to move to Wilmington NC, no longer, or down to Panama Beach, had been our retirement dream to move to a warmer climate near the sea. We like our area as it is only a 12 minute ride to Sandy Hook. However, the snow is just too much for me to clear anymore, a 65 double wide driveway, and 149 foot front sidewalk plus the bake so Chip has a go. Granted we no longer get the storm a week anymore and usually on in January but the thought alone is enough to chill me to the bone.

The only good thing is the need for Hot Apple cider are Chocolate. Now I have to figure out a way to cook all our normal winter time comfort foods not only with less carbs but trim them down for less calories, sugar etc... Meanwhile my Grand Niece and Nephew is coming over to make cookies with Uncle George on Saturday. My sister in law already told me they can only have a few to take home.
