Im still over my points yesterday by 5.5pts, so i guess im still adjusting to weight watchers...I hope that today I wont use any more excusses and stay under 25. As soon as I hit 25, Im going to bed and shutting my eyes!!!!!!!!!

YAY! First day on Weight Watchers! I just found out that I can only have 19-25 daily points, and my food diary shows I ate 35 points yesterday! :S

woohoo! 2 bls down! This will give me the drive to stay on focus with what im suppose to eat! But next week I will be switching my diet to LA weight loss, because they're having a big sale on next week for their weight loss program. I went in for a counsult last thurseday and my program fee was 1020.00CAD with the 40 lbs i needed to loose. and if i sign up next week, program fee will cut down to 390.00CAD, and my boyfriend decided that he will pay it as a gift for the next valentines(although its 10 months away, not even close!lol) as he cares how much i want to get down to 110lbs !! <3
But has anyone tried LA weight loss? is it worth it? because the program looks pretty attractive, just to have someone to help me stay on track with my goal, but i guess the attractiveness could just be their sales tactics...........

Weighted myself 8:30 am before breakfast.It is exactly 2 lbs lighter than the weight-in last night at 1030pm! Hey,body, whatever that you're getting rid of at night when im sleeping, it's good and it's working! I'm never gunna bother to weight myself at night, cuz it sure upsets me last night looking myself gained 2 lbs.
And taking the advises, for breakfast, I had a delicious scrumble egg: 2 eggs, half tomato, 2 mushroom and 3/4 slice of low fat chaddar. And ofcourse, COFFEE.. :) yum! And I'll probably have Atkins meal replacements for lunch and supper.
