Hey guys! from June 8th on, I've been trying to loose weight by eating less carbs and salt, daily calories intake <1000, and also trying to have my happy dinner meal at around 3pm and let my tummy be empty before i sleep. I really have lost about 13lbs (today is June 22)!
I want to achieve these daily goals that maybe help me a little on what to plan to eat.

7 grain
2 milk and alt.
2 meat and alt.
1200-1500 Calories
6 pints water
35-60g fat
180-270g carbohydrates
60-150g proteins
