So far im doing good today, not craving for anything gross. I had a really high fiber cereal this morning and right now im having a black coffe. But Im affraid that I wont have the disepline later on in the day..because I left house this morning without any good snacks or lunch it was a rush. healthy choices are so hard to make in school!!!! :-(

What should I do to prevent myself go out of the hook!?? it's been bad eating since thurseday night.

Not really sure what I ate the whole day. a lot. Wasn't really counting my food. and We had Chinese hot pot tonight. Im guessing the total pointt I had today is at least 40 points.
