I normally have an official weigh-in every Saturday, but since today is the end of the month I thought I'd have an extra one! And happily enough I reached 170 pounds (12st 2), which although not my main target (165), is a number I wanted to reach in time for July.
Just another 5 pounds to go...........

Indulged in a rather splendid bacon & egg sarnie in a petite pain, with a splash of brown sauce.
I wanted wholemeal pains, but had to make do with white. Only about 700 calories, and very filling

No change on last week: a little bit disappointing after so much momentum in terms of weekly weight-loss for this month. But am pleased to have got this far so quickly, and within only 7 more pounds to my latest target - which should be do-able come early August.

2 more pounds off this morning for the week, down to 172 pounds (12st 4). That's almost 6 pounds off for the month with still 10 days or so to go!
Hoping I can reach 170 by the end of the month. Ideally I want to shed as much weight as possible during the summer months because due to the longer daylight hours we tend to be far more active, and thus burn more calories. Whereas come winter and the shorter daylight hours keeping active is more of a challenge.
Of course today is the Longest Day, so best make the most of it.

Losing 0.9 kg a Week

A welcome 2lb drop this week - down to 12st 6 (174lbs).
Seems no longer eating or drinking calorie-rich drinks before & after certain times of the day appears to be helping.
Would love to reach 170lbs by the end of June, and possibly reach target (165) by end of July. But no rush to be honest.
My ultimate target is 155 (11st 1), which I probably won't manage until October/November time. And it is towards that time of year where I historically put a lot of weight back on again. Although I don't think I will allow myself to do that this time!
