2 pounds off, and I have reached another milestone - 13st 0 (182lbs). I still need a couple of pound off to reach my current target (180lbs), but 13st 0, will do for now.
Over the last 2 or 3 days I have decided to have bigger more protein-rich breakfasts where possible, and smaller dinners in the evening. The idea being is that you feel less hungry throughout the day, while also burning off all those calories that would have probably taken longer to get rid of after a bigger dinner in the evening.
Too early to tell if its helping with my weight-loss, but I do feel far more energetic throughout the day, and no longer have the need to graze until around 4pm.
Anyway, today is a day off from all the science, and perhaps a couple of beers are in order for reaching 13st for the first time since 2010!

Losing 0.9 kg a Week

A pound off for the first time in 2 weeks. Okay I suppose but I was expecting a bit more given I've been working hard in the garden these last 2 weeks. But a pound off is better than nothing. Frustrating though.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week

No change on last week.
A bit disappointing but this does happen from time to time. Plus I have been more physically active in the garden this week with the good weather and the lockdown. So perhaps the lack of weight-loss is part due to fat turning into muscle!
Not discouraged because am hoping for a pound or two off next week.

steady weight

Another 2 pounds off this morning, taking me to 13st 3 in old money. Just another 5 pounds and I will have reached the 180lb target I set back in mid February I think.
I've also been looking at "My Diet Calendar" on here, and especially the Daily Average stats for Exercise and Food intake:-
March was 2988 calories for exercise, and 1569 for Food
Feb was 3148 and 1595
Jan was 3008 and 1818
Compare and contrast that with some of the stats prior to my diet pre January:-
December was 2807 and 2251
November was 2927 and 2385 etc.
The key thing when looking at these historical stats is how high my food intake was back then, the average of which was well above my RDI of 1980.
But these last 3 months or so on my diet I've been watching my stats like a hawk, as well as comfortably reducing my RDI from 1980,1850, 1800 and now 1700.
OMG, I have just read back the above, and I sound like a right number-crunching geek! Sorry about that, lol

End of the month already, and have lost around 5-6 pounds overall for March, which is good I suppose although I was secretly hoping for around 7 or 8 pounds.
Given it is the end of the month and I have lost weight, I have decided to treat myself by buying a couple of cans of San Miguel lager, and a Chunky Kit Kat (both of which I will probably consume later today)
No doubt I will feel incredibly guilty afterwards, but without the odd treat life would be incredibly dull (even more so given the current lockdown)
