Mashed Blue Garlic Potatoes

Creamy mashed potatoes with blue cheese and a horseradish kick.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, boil for approximately 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain, let stand for 1 minute.
  2. Add potatoes back to the pot, add butter and mash until no lumps are left.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

These are creamy and delicious. Great at home or easy to make and take to a pot luck. Super as left overs too! Love them!

So very tasty! And this recipe works awesome for taking to a potluck or family dinner, just throw the finished product in a crock pot and away you go.
