OMG!! The steak day really does work. I didn't think it did, because I still felt full from last nights dnner-Steak and a tomato.

I've totally blown it. No more weekend partyin. I'm up 4 pounds and feel like I have to start all over. I may not do the entire phase 4 but start with phase one early. We'll see what this week brings. I'm doing a steak day today. I hope I can handle that. I'm so used to grazing on veggies throughout the day.

Once again, my own doing. Ate very little out on the lake, and consumed alcohol. Summer only lasts so long, but it does make me wonder what will happen when I'm done with this. I know I'll still have to be careful, but I hope I won't have to completely deprive myself for the rest of my life. The only reason the wieght doesn't go up even more is because after the weekends I get right back to business.
