Yeahh! I finally broke that 170 mark. Starting phase 3 today and scared to death. I hope it's ok to keep losing, because I certainly plan on trying. Not sure how long I have to break for, someone said 6 weeks. That seems forever and dangerous. I'm soooo afraid to go over that 170 mark again. EVER!!!

I'm getting tired and frustrated, possibly depressed. I'm not sure I'll use the drops till the end of next week. Might just save them for a do-over in a couple of weeks. Maybe things will work better.
