Week 2 Day 6 (none...sub day off)
So, I could not get up this morning. I am making this my day off and I will get up tomorrow from some kenpo x or some Zumba....probably Zumba.
Anyway, I have been being lax as of late and I really need to kick myself in gear. Time is slowly running out for this dang reunion and I have to be down....Ugh
I don't even have an excuse, I am just being lazy. Funny thing is, I really enjoy my workouts, again like always I can not seem to get my food together but what is new.
Anyway, we had a marriage proposal onstage today and it was so sweet.

Week 2 Day 4
I can't believe I missed a journal, it was crazy busy yesterday. Anyway, I am back on it. I did press play both days. Decided to do plyo INsanity instead of the yoga today. I was barely feeling that, I know I would have done about three minutes of yoga.
I got nothing to say really..so I am am going to say bye.

Week 2 Day 2 (plyo)
Man, that workout gets me every time. I love it.
I have the afternoon off. I did some fruit and veggie shopping which was great. I cut everything up and put in little containers. So now all I have to do is grab a serving and eat. I love it.
I should have been doing this the entire down. That is pretty much why I hate cooking because when I want to eat I want to eat now.
Anyway, not much to say. I am going to push that protein if it kills me.. BRING IT!

Week 2 Day 1 (shoulders and back)
Soooo I have decided to put away the friggin scale. Again I am still 183, I am going to finish up the rest of the month of p90x and then see.
I went to the doctor today finally for my allergies and the friggin scale said 173. I was like now that is more like it, but then I went to my second scale and it again said 183...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SUCK IT SCALE
I am going to go three weeks without getting on the scale. P90x it is on. I still don't know what I really way and I guess I don't care. I bought a pair of tens today that I can put up but I can not close. I am going to try them on every week and see what happens.

Week 1 Day 6 (Plyo Insanity for Kenpo x)
SO.... I am a little tired of the scale. After I weigh in on Monday....no more for two weeks. I am going to give p90x time to work. I will say its been a week and I feel alot stronger which is great although the friggin scale is not moving.
I also have a pair of jeans that i had serious muffin top in and not they fit....the new goal is to have them falling off me then I KNOW I have gotten smaller....and i bet the dang scale is still going to say friggin 183.....
Anyway, I tried something a little different today during my Cardio workout. I tried to pace my self a little more and work on my form and going deeper in my squat and further in my pushup, which maed me go a little slower but it felt so good.
It's funny because Shawn T says every time I press play Quality over Speed and it JUST CLICKED.....
I am not completely exhausted and I feel stronger and I don't know how but its been like 6 hours and I have burned 5246 calories.. DAMN GINA! ( anyone who watched Martin, knows who i got that from. )
Anyway, I feel good going to do Stretch x in the morning to finish up my first week. MAN, I ssooooo wish i started with classic but that was then. I have 2 months til my family reunion.
Gotta get it poppin!
