Week 3 Day 4 ( Sub Insanity Plyo for Yoga)


Yeah, I know my body would love the yoga but my brain will not allow me and neither will the time in my schedule to do a 90 minute session. I did do the plyo this afternoon. It was great and even got through both sessions of the level 1 drills and part of the ski abs and part of the in and outs. This is the first time since I started, so I know I am getting stronger, but again the scale is not moving...which suck ARSE!!!!!


I think I want to step up my workout just a bit and add a second less strenuous that insanity video just to burn some extra calories. I think I may be able to see more of a change if I burn more calories a day since my dang eating it not really getting better. I mean I am trying to make changes but I need to do something I can live with. I have a kinda backwards schedule since I work in the theatre, so eating hours and things are a little odd. Since I do know how to press play and do the workouts even when I don't feel like it. I may see more changes if I up the calorie burn.

Week 3 Day 3 (Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper)

Greetings all,

I am feeling great right now. I woke up and did my workout and had some breakfast. I changed purses... yes Momma bought herself a new purse and it is fabulous.

I was day dreaming on the train to work today and was thinking I have a new mantra. Yall who follow my crazy life know I love a good mantra.

This one is "Will this help me get into my size 8 wedding dress?"

Yes, I have decided I want my dress to be a size 8 and No he has not asked but YES he has bought a ring........Ahh when he asks I am sure you guys will be about the 6th person to know.....ok I am being realistic.

Hmm what else, well I ate some rice for lunch and did not realize all the dang carbs..ugh I need to find some kind of protein for dinner. I can't go home and drink a shake.....hmmmmm????

Week 3 Day 2 ( Pure cardio)

Soo I ended up trying to go to my gym for a spin class and they don't have it anymore. UGH sometimes this gym sucks...Please don't get me started.

I ended up going to get my nails done and then went home to do Pure Cardio. I did not have time to put in an hour for Plyo.. I am going to swap that out for Kenpo x in a few days. I am feeling good and got some compliments this afternoon.....which was oddly nice.
The guy at the Vitamin Shoppe was super flirting with me and almost got me to buy this cell something or other. He put it in my water today and now it tastes like SH*T... I am glas I did not spend 30 dollars on that crap.


I did buy some more BCAA&Glutamine since I was running low and some green tea extract.....The extract i have never had but I was watching Dr Oz and he said it was good for curbing your appetite and speeding up the metabolism.
