Week 6 Day 4 (Plyo Insanity)
PRAISE THE LAWD.... I brokw out the 180's praise Jesus!!!!!
CALLIN HIS NAME. FINALLY!!
I have been skating around 180-179 for the past three days and I decided to weighin....It's working yall. IT. IS. FINALLY. WORKING.
I so did not want to do my workout today but now, I am pumped, I may be 175 by my wedding not that care, ok I care a lil bit. That would be a present to me.
Anyway, had a nice morning with my baby, got some more planning done. I can not believe we are doing this is five weeks. Keep me in your prayers, hopefully my computer will be out the shop in a few days and my dress should be here by Saturday!!!

Week 6 Day 3 (Back and Biceps)
Hi everyone. I have been MIA because my computer died at home and I can only use it at work, so I have been adding my food just so I know I am keeping up with the carbs.
I tried on a few dresses and they were a 12...and honestly I am ok with that. Once you get in that dress 10 or 12 you still look so pretty it makes no big difference.
I am actually starting to finally see the difference in my body....it only took 10 weeks. I am thinking I can not believe I have been doing this for 10 weeks...part of me wishes I had more of a change but the other part is slow and steady will win the race.
I did hit 179 a day or two ago, going to wait a few more days before I record anything....

Week 5 Day 6 (Pure Cardio)
So, I was so not feeling working out today and ending pulling myself at the last minute out of bed. I ended up doing more cardio and will hit legs and back tomorrow.
So, we decided to move the wedding up to August 1...yes I know he asked me less than a week ago but it will be our three year anniversary. I am super excited, its going to just be an elopement I guess. I am going to get a dress and we will do it in the pastor's office. Small and simple and then we will plan a big party next year.

week 5 day 5 (Insanity Plyo subbed Yoga)
So I am feeling good and I jumped on the scale I know I shouldn't but I was down AGAIN......can you believe it? I am not going to record but that is friggin awesome.
I hate to say it, but I think its me cutting the carbs..I do sound like a broken record but so what, its my journal.
I am about three weeks from my family reunion and everyone is super excited to see me.
Oh, I had the best shake today. I bought all this fresh spinach because it was on sale and wanted to try it in my protein shake with some peanut butter. I WAS AMAZING... I could barely taste the spinach but it had me so full and I am sure everything is going to moving smoothly which is great too. I had a big salad last night as well. I was noticing my fiber was kinda low so hopefully this spinach will help out. May have another salad for dinner.
Ugh, I got a super late start today because the mister is sick.....of course on my day off. I will be playing nurse maid for the rest of the day BUT I got my workout in while he was sleeping.

Week 5 Day 4 (Back and Biceps)
So it was not a fluke and I feel so great. I went over my 100 but stayed under my secret 150....I kinda had a lil sumthin sunthin after the show to celebrate.
Oh lordy..these new workouts are hellish for real...I am looking forward and NOT looking forward to my workouts, but I know if I stick to it...I am going to see all this just melt away like BUTTA......
