Week 1 day 5 (legs and back and ab ripper X)
Yes!!!! This workout is still the business. I love it. I use my chair for those pulls up but that is ok because I am weening myself off the chair.
My ULTIMATE goal is to do ONE JUST ONE pull up by myself.
This is ALL Stephanie wants, yes to look good and be healthy but I want to do a DANG Pull up on that bar....ok ok ok I want some other stuff but that would be awesome to know that never in my life have I been able to lift my weight and one day that could possible happen. Every week I can pull myself up a lil bit more. I mean even if i get to half a pull up that would be awesome too, but I am hoping for the big O.N.E.
I have met some many awesome p90x'ers in the past few days. I just love it...This is going to work. I can feel it.... I just have to keep pushing PLAY!

Week 1 Day 4 (yoga...sub housework)
Soo, I was not feeling the yoga today at all. I woke up late and was like ok I can do 1 1/2 hours of friggin yoga or I can clean my house from top to bottom and grocery shop and do my hair....
I decided on the latter and was sweating bullets. I just can not bring myself to do that yoga video, the venyasas for days just kill my soul a little bit every time. I am thinking I may throw in a day at the gym since that is spinning day.
I am back to drinking my water, I also made some great choices when going shopping this afternoon. I did not pick up one bad things, everything in my cart was colorful and healthy. Yeah me
Anyway, I hope everyone is doing a great job. I am feeling good and hoping to look even better

week 1 Day 3 (shoulders and arms)
So, I had a great day. I woke up and did arms and shoulders. I really love that workout, I can also see the strength in my arms and can see the difference in the weight I can lift. I was doing 5lbs last month and now I up to 8lbs. i am probably going to go to the bands because I really don't want to buy any more weights and have them all over my house.
Anyway, I am hopefully going to have a nice dinner and spend some time with my boo. Momma is taking the 8pm show off tonight.

Week 1 Day 2 PLYOMETRICS!!!
OMG that friggin workout was the TRUTH for real. It was super hard core and I loved it. I am trying to eat more protein protein and staying away from the candy......OY its going to take some time.
Its just that my boss kinda gets me stressed and so I go to the candy drawer.....if someone wanted to give me something I can do instead... i will try it.
Don't have much else to say.....oh I FINALLY made an appt to see a doctor about my cough. Next Monday praise God. Hopefully I can stop this cough.

Alrighty people, I am starting over with p90x today, Classic Version. I did my first month of the Lean and it felt good, I am going to try my hardest this time around.
I had some good results but I want some EXCELLENT results this time.
