no idea how i dropped 5lbs in a day. a bit unnerving, but i'm hoping it has something to do with TOM. i'm making sure i getting plenty of healthy carbs today. lots of fruits; now need to figure out more veggies!!

went out for lunch and bought myself a couple of tops. happy to be buying one size down. started to get really hungry and a bit dizzy. decided to buy some rotisserie chicken (breast and 2 wings). so good!! plus, i have enough leftover for dinner. not bad for $5.48. still seriously contemplating picking up protein-style burger from in-n-out =P

last night i intended to take it easy and do jillian michael's yoga meltdown for a change. omg, that was freakin' hard! it felt like i was back at bikram, minus the 104 degree temp. i'm glad it was hard though because i really feel the muscle soreness in my back, where a lot of my flab resides. i have a long day today; probably won't get home 'til very late, so i' might do yoga meltdown again.
