i'm seriously considering taking a rest day today from 30 day shred. my back is killing me. i don't think it's from an injury but rather from some bad cramps, at least i hope it is. this really isn't some sort of attempt to take a lazy day, but i honestly have been feeling sick these last few days. i thought exercise was supposed to make me feek energized(?). i weigh in and take measurements tomorrow, so i'm desperately hoping for some good news. i've been ready a lot of posts about 30 day shred, and how it's totally possible to gain weight because you're working out your muscles so much. if i see a weight gain, there better be some inch loss. i just don't want to be disappointed!! =( usually, when i get hit by disappointment like that, that's what usually sets me off to quit trying.

brought a can of campbell's bean and bacon soup for lunch today. i opened it and it looked too close to cat food. i couldn't do it.
