The scale is finally moving again!! 186 this morning. Who knew... if you burn more calories than you eat the weight will come off... Huh.. go figure... LOL!!!
I guess I just needed a couple of days to get the junk food eating out of my system. I was starting to worry for a minute. I've come to far to go back now. And I will not be that heavy EVER again!!! I gained this weight once and I will lose it ONCE and for all!!!

I took the time today to look over my weight journal. And figured out that I have lost a total of 12 pounds this year. Over all 2 inches lost. Except my waist I have lost 5 1/2 inches! This gives me a total of 50 pounds lost!! I am proud of myself! I have 18 pounds left to make my goal. And I have set myself a deadline of March 31st 2009 to do so.
A laid back approach worked very well for me in the very beginning. And then I more serious I took this the more results I would see. Now there is no more laid back. I want to complete this journey and move on. To just maintaining a healthy life. Not worry about my weight.
All along I have told myself that this is a lifestyle change not a race. Well....now it is a race against myself and I WILL WIN!!!! I CAN do this!!

Well I took yesterday as my "free day". Usually I don't do that. I might not workout but I try to eat good every day. If I want something bad enough. I have a small piece. I think that is what helps me stay in control.
Yesterday I had pizza for lunch and for dinner. I think that calories would have been huge. If I hadn't made homemade pizza using a wheat tortilla shell as my crust for my dinner pizza. The scale stayed the same so I must have done something right. Now it I can just get that 1 last pound off before the end of the month. I would have made my personal December goal of 4lbs!!
