I thought when I was almost to my goal 2 years ago, that I would never be here again. Well 30 lbs later.... I am!!! I need to find my motivation again. I know what works and I know how good it made me feel when the weight was off. Now that I am even busier than before, I need to find those moments in the day to get started and eat right!!

I got Sooooo off track on the last 2 yrs. I've gained to much and its time to get serious again. I was doing Si well before. I have to do this again!!

Well tomorrow starts the first day of school. So I have decided that once she is off to school I have no more excuses to not get downstairs and workout. It is time to get back to work. I've gained 10 pounds since March and that is not accecptable!

I've had a very long hard summer. And it really shows on the scales. I kept telling myself that I gained this weight once I was only going to lose it once. So now I need to find my motivation and get back track. I've gained 10 pounds. Thats not acceptable!!

I know what I need to do to get it done.I just need to do it!
