Oh how I miss my treadmill!! It has been several weeks now since the belt broke on it. (I have a very old one) I am really hoping that I can buy a new one with some of tax money. The treadmill is good for days like these. When I want to workout but I don't have the energy to do so. And walking helps me to think.

It is not even 12:30 and my kids already have me stressed out!! They both started as soon as their feet hit the floor. I was going to leave and find something for all of us to do but with the way they are acting I hate to inflict that on the public!!

They are settled for the moment because my daughter is watching Hannah Montana and my son is playing with his trucks, but we will see how long the peace will last.

Then again maybe doing the bootcamp workout with the biggest loser will help get out my aggressions!! We will see. I've already lost my temper once today and so far I have been better, they have been disaplined but I have kept my cool, I just went in my room and screamed into a pillow for a few seconds and then got on here to vent!!

Kids gotta love 'em !!! :)

I haven't been very good in journaling my food and exercise here online, but I am doing it in my book everyday. Sometimes my dial up is just to slow.

Today I got in a really good workout. Saturday I went to the library and picked up the biggest loser workout. And I made it throught 65 minutes. I am very proud to note that my push-ups are getting better. And my shoulder isn't bothering me as much anymore. So maybe it is getting stronger. I am still doing push-ups on my knees with my feet crossed. But I am actually going up and down, not some pathetic move that isn't doing anything. And...I made it through a whole 30 seconds of Fast jumping jacks. That is already an improvment from last week, but I was very slow and was lucky I made it 20 seconds! I think I am going to use this dvd while I have it this week and then go back to my 30 day shred with Jillian dvd I own. Just to keep it from getting boring!!

Anyone looking for a great workout, pick up any dvd from the biggest loser. Just be ready to sweat and to work!!!

The scale is staying at 184. So that means 4 pounds this month so far. I would love to end the month at 182 or even less. That would be so awesome to see that all of that sweat is paying off. I have been workout out with Jillian Micheals 30 day shred dvd and man is that thing kicking my butt!!!! I am seeing results each day that I use it in my endurance. And the scale is going down too!!

My husband thinks I have become obessed with my weight because he sees me writing in my food journal. And I check the calories in something before I decide to eat it. I don't see it that way. I don't get all upset if I am over in my calories for the day or beat myself up because I ate something bad for me. I just see it as motivated. I want to reach my goal and I am willing to work at it.

He doesn't listen when I offer advise. And he thinks that it is my fault that he isn't seeing results simply because he has switched to diet pop. Yes you can lose some weight but you still need to eat right and exercise. He just isn't in that place where he is ready to do something about it. ~sign~ Husbands.......

See I am proof that even when you don't have a support system in place, if you just believe in yourself and don't give up. You can reach your goals!! In the end you are the only one who can make it work.
