Well this morning the scale still said 187.0. Which I am happy about. I am just ready for it to go down. I am only 1 pound away from my December goal. I am really striving to make that!
I went downstairs to workout this morning and my treadmill is broken! So I dug up my Denise Austin walking dvd and used that. Where there is a will there is a way. Right? I did get a good workout with it. And I was doing more than just walkiing. But in the end my knees were really hurting. And I wasn't stepping hard.
Oh well onward and upward. :)

I am so excited and so proud of myself. I can not believe how far I have come. And the progress I have made. I am so close to my original goal that it seems so unbelieveable.
I got in a good 1 hr workout today! And I really hit a new stride. I made it a whole 30 minutes at a faster speed than before on the treadmill. And with my weights I was able to make it all the way through and do all of the reps that I have been wanting to do. I think I am finally ready to go up in weights. I am very proud of myself!
I have decided to change my weight goal to 170 instead of 180. I am only 7 pounds away from 180 and I don't think that will leave me with the body I have been dreaming of. And I feel that I can make it to the 170's. When I started at 238 pounds I never thought I would make below 200! So I have decided to go for 170. And then I will see about changing it to 165. (Which is the recommended weight for my height and age.)

I am very proud of myself. I went Christmas shopping by myself. And I didn't eat fast food!!!
It is so rare that I get to go anywhere by myself and whenever that happens I have made it a habit to swing though the drive thru on my way home. But today I planned ahead and took 2 bottles of water and a Special K honey nut bar with me! Even thought McD's and Burger King we're callling me I resisted! I am very proud of myself! I even stayed on my budget which is another amazing feat as well!!! LOL!!!!!

I finally made it 2 days at 188. And this morning I broke that number for the first time and the scale said 187!!
After a month of using hand weights I noticed this morning that I was able to do more reps and more sets for each exercise! And even though I don't do a very good job on the abdominal crunches. I am making it over half the way through before I have to start.
It feels good that even if by sight or even the scale I don't see visual results. I can really feel results in my stamina!!! And for me that is alot!!!

I am frustrated!!! I don't understand why I sabotage myself!?! Already 12 days of this 14 day challenge has gone by and I have not lost any weight! I am still doing good with working out. I am doing something active everyday!! I am counting my calories. Some days are good and some are bad! But once I eat out then it seems that the rest of the week is bad. I went down 2 pounds only to have those 2 pounds come back. I'm just frustrated with myself!!
