Went over my cals a little yesterday, but I enjoyed my dinner. I would've been fine if I hadnt had that KitKat but I enjoyed that too!
My workout last night was rough. I havent been to a Tuesday night endurance for a very long time so I knew it was gonna suck, but we ran a lap in between each 30 rep movement (pushup, mountain climbers, bicep curl, ...etc) and I am not a runner. I actually dont mind it, and Id like to get better...but maybe starting off with shorter runs haha. I must over/under pronate because my ankles are killing me and I know I didnt tweak it.

Back on track!
I hit almost all of my goals yesterday. I skipped out on the meditation, although I did try to take a minute to be mindful. I never knew how much those two go hand in hand. I always thought meditation had to be cross legged, in the dark, and would take like an hour- but its not that at all and I really want to continue making time for it.
I didnt make my macros goal either but I was under in cals and protein, and I even made myself have an apple with some yogurt & almond butter and still didnt hit it. I dont want to force myself to eat if Im truly not hungry, and I started eating later in the day so I just left it at that.
Tomorrow I start back in the office on a staggered scheduled (meaning every other day). Then in July we all go back full time. Ill miss the flexibility and having access to food without having to plan the night before.

Nothing went as planned yesterday. I was L-A-Z-Y and didnt get my yard work done. I did go clothing shopping for myself though and got a few things that I thought actually looked cute, which is rare since I feel like everything makes me look huge (which is probably why I dress like a slob so much). Then my kids Gma called to take us out to eat at Red Lobster. Dude, whats up with thier menu? I realize a lot of places narrowed their options but theres not a lot of low cal things- surprisingly. I shouldve just gotten a steak but I was trying to keep the cost down too. My food was not good. And she shared shrimp with me but it was either deep fried or coated in butter. I tried to just shake it off as an "it is what it is" kind of moment and not let it get me, but it was frustrating still.

Refeed weight gain, I’m not worried. Today I have some yard work to do and some bags of dirt to buy. My goals today are to stay hydrated, remember to eat, and try to hit my protein goal.
