Fail: didn't get my cardio in today..
Win: THANK YOU FS FAM! Because I knew I had to post my daily -- and I couldn't post 3 days in a row of no actual workout -- it pushed me to get an exercise in. I ended up with more than 30min of strength training!
Exercise: 30min shoulder and back + 30min abs
Food (1044 cal):
- lunch: chicken thighs and brown rice
- snack: double espresso shot with a little 1% milk, Activia strawberry yogurt
- dinner: chicken shwarma wrap

NOTE: weigh in was after eating breakfast instead of before 😅
Fail: forgot to weigh in before eating 🤦🏽♀️
Win: Ate a smore with my son for the first time! Thankfully he prefers just trying to cook the marshmallows instead of eating smore after smore. Saved me from all the extra calorie count 😆
Exercise: 30min walking while carrying a 30lb sleeping toddler (should count for something right? lol)
Food (1715 cal):
- breakfast: fiber one original bran cereal with 1% low-fat milk
- lunch: sashimi salad
- dinner: in n out cheeseburger with a couple fries and a little over half a neopolitan shake
- other: some of the smore I made with my little one 💕

Not as bad as I thought after a 2k+ calorie day!
Fail: Ate a chicken roll up from Costco because I felt bad the host bought them but no one ate any..
Win: Made the all wheat pizza 🍕 This is the second time making at and it definitely was better than the first time
Exercise: none 😔
Food (more than 2077 cal):
- lunch: all wheat pizza
- dinner: kale cranberry salad, Korean BBQ ribs (ahh broke my no red meat diet! Worth it lol), corn on the cob
- other: chicken roll up, truly hard seltzer, watermelon

Weight going down, whoo! I wonder what to expect after this weekend after 2 baby showers filled with unhealthy food? 🤔
Fail: Ate a little but of everything at the first baby shower 😋
Win: skipped the rice and got a salad instead!
Exercise: 30min jog + 30min leg workout (10lb)
Food (2713 cal):
- lunch: French fries and chicken nuggets
- early dinner: taco; loaded nachos; spam masubi; baked salmon; Ceasar salad; chicken katsu; fried squid; mussels, quail eggs, and veggie mix; puto; kutsinta (some sort of rice cake); rice coconut flake ball thing; churro with a little melted chocolate; negro modelo; and corona (yes, a little bit of everything 😆)
