Well then... I hope the weight continues to drop in the end even though it keeps going through a roller coaster lol
Fail: me: "let's jog for an hour today!" also me: "let's wear a black hoodie during clear skies!" 🤦🏽♀️😂 I couldn't take off the sweater cuz I could feel my skin burning, and I couldn't run in the sauna.. oops!
Win: beat my average speed of jogging and reached my longest distance so far! 🏃🏽♀️
Exercise: 36min jog
Food (1311 cal):
- breakfast: 1 mini donut and a chocolate macadamia piece
- lunch: marinated chicken burrito (no rice)
- dinner: shrimp scampi zucchini from California Pizza Kitchen

My weight is like a kiddie roller coaster, small ups and downs 😆
Fail: Today was filled with thin patience and distractions left and right. Stress levels almost hit its peak again and all I could do was get overwhelmed with what I need to do and calculate each of the tasks to take at least 1.5x longer since I'm home alone with the little one...
Win: I bought 15lb and 20lb dumbbells. I gave up waiting for my bars to come in 😅
Exercises: 15min sprint/walk + 30min strength workout
Food (1126 cal):
- lunch: chicken breast and wings with spring mix salad
- snack: protein shake
- dinner: combination chow mein

Aaaaaaandd we're back 😆
Fail: Those half-eaten banana muffins my little one left on desk finally got me to eat them 😅
Win: I drank 16oz more water than yesterday!
Exercise: 15min jog, 1hr strength training (cans or wheat flour bag 🙃)
Food (1218 cal):
- breakfast: 1.5 whole wheat banana muffins
- lunch: seafood ramen with spinach noodles
- snack: protein shake
- dinner: grilled chicken wings with spring mix, tomato slices, and yellow hot peppers (peppercinis?)

I should probably start measuring body size to help me look past this plateau I seem to have hit.. What sections do I measure and how often?
Fail: only counted 40oz of water today...
Win: water consumption was actually higher than what I normally drink 😅
Exercise: full body workout (44min strength training with weights one session, then 41min strength training with cans a later session)
Food (918 cal):
- lunch: marinated chicken breast, mixed greens salad
- snack: protein shake
- dinner: hotpot (thinly sliced chicken leg, lobster balls, and a variety of veggies)
