Fail: one weekend put me back up so much, I'm beating myself up for it
Win: I need to look at the positive aspect: my shirts aren't as tight so the weight may have shifted from fat to muscle 😃
Exercise: 30min jogging + 40min full body workout
Food (1096 cal):
lunch: grilled chicken wet burrito (no rice)
snack: leftover burrito
dinner: turkey bell pepper patty, cauliflower, and power greens salad with tomatoes

Fail: I ate my way back to 142 in a weekend. All because I gave up insisting I don't want a snack or dessert or another order of something to share 😔
Win: took advantage of the tired hubby and didn't make dinner to make me gain even more calories. Too bad he was only okay when I said I would finish the noodles. I need to show him how much calories he's intaking to get him to understand my resistance...
Exercise: 30min ab
Food (FS says 1580, but I think closer to 1650 cal):
- breakfast: 2 fried chicken tacos, half order loaded fries, 1/3 can Dr pepper
- lunch: wheat thins, grapes
- dinner: 1/2 instant ramen, 3 pieces vienna sausage

Fail: I'm sure I ate way more than I'm allowed today for date day
Win: got a good hike in with hubby!
Exercise: 2.5hr hike
Food (inaccurate calorie count):
- breakfast: McDonald's cheeseburger
- lunch: 2pc Popeye's fried chicken (skin removed), mashed potato
- snack: half bottle red wine, 2 oyster shooters,, smoked salmon toast, creme brulee, potata pie
- dinner: 2 chicken tacos
so. much. wrong... I feel so guilty.. on the bright side, I haven't eaten red meat and minimal rice in 2 months even though doctor said I could do it 1-2 times a month. That and this is the third date in 3 years I've been on with the hubby 😊

Fail: I ate a fast food meal.. I gave in to my craving! 😅
Win: I saw 130something on the scale! 😲 I didn't think that would happen this month
Exercise: 30min arm + 1ab exercise (toddler kept trying to join me instead of eating 😂)

- lunch: banana (couldn't decide what to eat until it was early lunch time)
- dinner: Carl's Jr's jalapeno chicken meal
