i fell off track eating more junk and not exercising since November. first i have injured my elbow so it was hard to do my exercises. so that discouraged me and i started eating crappie and holiday times didn't help. so last week i did 4 days and so far i did 4 days this week, trying get myself back on track and eating better. once a couple pounds came back on i know i need to put a stop to it now before i end up back where i first started. besides i mentally feel better when i workout. i still hurt with my elbow however i do what i can and its better than nothing. today i did hour yoga and i feel great! will be sore tomorrow !

Dr put me on buspar and Wellbutrin..Both generic brands. I'm concerned about weight gain. I been working hard since 2015. Tonight I went to Burger King for dinner. My fiance got his meal and my daughter. I was really good! I got a grilled chicken salad! I'm getting better and better choosing foods while the temptations are right in front of me. Now I'm hopeful that these meds don't mess with my weight. There are a small percentage that do gain weight, I'm really really hoping I'm not that small percent!

I was put on a new med. Makes me tired. Hard to exercise when u just want to sleep. However I'm still at it. Yesterday I didn't do my exercise video but I did Take a 20 min walk. Today I did Bob Harper work out on YouTube and kick my butt lol however it's a great feeling beca😊 still trying to keep my routine 4-5 days a week of exercise

Been sick for 3 days. So this weigh in probably doesn't count. But I feel better today was able to eat and exercise ☺
