Ok, not overly disappointed as I am on vacation and not doing any particular program, but I do need to drink more H2O to keep from giving into cravings. I’ll be back on program starting Wednesday. Just checking in.

Day 2/3 - 5:35 AM. Perfect one to get in a workout before the day gets hectic, and boy did I have a challenge later in the AM. But all is right now. I find this song is a wonderful way to either start out, or end, my workout. It gives me such energy.

Day 1/3: 5AM, working the machine, but working out at this time is such a challenge. But I promised someone I let down I’d do three days this week so here goes.
Tim Vail I only got in 4000 meters today. Your mark of 6700 in 25 min is a goal.
