Ugh! I need to get ahold of this incessant need of mine to eat. I guess I should insert the word “ unnecessary”. Unnecessary eating.
I believe I fell into the trap of living off of last years success. It was great, but I lost sight of the broader goal. Nothing is more humbling than thinking you’re good because you lost a lot of weight. And I am pleased, but I finally had to go back into the office where I had to wear nice clothes, tucked in. Nothing gets hidden when the shirt is tucked into the pants. 😆😅😁
So little goals. Let’s get to the 230 mark, then 220, 210 and 200. I need some little successes.

Thought the weight was an anomaly but it has stayed the last couple days. Ugh! I hate changing routines. (Started working back in the office last week). We will crack this nut too!
Ok I need some help. I live music and need suggestions for my workout play list. Any suggestions? What gets you rolling in a work out?
Additionally, in a different vein, my garden is going gang busters. I need some recipes for zucchini, which is growing everywhere. Soon I’ll be drowning in tomatoes and jalapeños as well 🤦♂️😆

My first attempt at smoking a Turkey Leg. Skin not eaten, but delicious all the same. Need to work on crispin the skin.
