Well, i lost a little of the 3 pounds i gained. I was sure hoping to see more of a loss. I stopped eating the peanutbutter, limited my salt and increased my water. Maybe it will come off soon!

A little discouraged this morning. I have gained 3 pounds and have new clue why! If anyone out there can help me figure it out i will be more than greatful!

I feel so accomplished tonight. I have stuck to my diet, drank 64oz plus water today and even went for a nice brisk walk late this afternoon. I feel very relaxed and hopful for my future days on Atkins. I am very excited about starting my first challenge tomorrow and hope i can stick to it! Good night!

Today is Day 4 on Atkins for me. I have lost 8 pounds so far and i am very motivated. Looking forward to completing the challenge i joined today and looking good for my husband on our first real date since our baby was born in November, Valentines Day! Anyone else on Atkins wanna team up and be buddies? Send me a message!
