Liking my vinegar water in the mornings, feel more energized. No constipation ever since I started doing that with my one tablespoon Braggs vinegar in a tall glass of cold water each morning. I do drink a lot of liquids. Mainly a variety of teas. Exercising at home daily, changing things up constantly so it doesn't get boring and the body doesn't have time to adapt to any routine. Did one day of intermittent fasting just to prove to myself I could do it. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Plenty of liquids helped.

Since starting this low carb, moderate to high protein WOE it has been so much easier than some other WOEs I have tried. Don't even care about not having some of the foods I used to love. Not saying I won't ever have them again. Don't want to jinx myself! Just saying they are off the pantry shelf and out of the fridge for the foreseeable future.

Youngest grandson's birthday party was today. He is so cute, of course! Loves tractors. He had been asleep, was a bit cranky until he (with a lot of help) opened his first tractor present. Eyes lit up like a Christmas tree! So much fun!! So much food and cake. No, I didn't! Had some pepperoni, salami and cheese. Skipped the cake. Well, it was white anyway. A victory, nonetheless.

I'm still aggravated with myself. Such a happy day and I had this creepy jibe because I could just feel my last ex staring at me so much and so many times going out of his way to come near me. Not my imagination. The "flight or fight" feeling happens every time I'm in the same vicinity as him. I can almost feel my skin breaking out in a rash. I'm always hiding behind a smile. We do speak and act civil toward each other. Yes, he is supposed to be at every function concerning my two youngest. And no, he hasn't caused me any harm in the last several years. Still creeps me out. Well, now that I got that off my chest, I feel better.

Moving on down. Hopefully, the downward trend will continue. Persistence and diligence is paying off, however slow.

Starting a couple of days ago, I started including Bragg Organic Apple Vinegar into my day, at least 1 tablespoon a day. Whether in a salad or in water (cold or hot), the touted health benefits seems to be worth the puckering taste. :) I try to eat walnuts a few times a week when I can fit it into my macros. Health benefits (MSN Health) seems to outweigh the calorie and carb factors. Nuts and seeds are highly beneficial but need to be portioned! They are so good!

Still doing the high and low days calorie wise. Haven't gotten to the "no food for the whole day" point, although I have read how it helps. I'm still working out with my weights, 8 lb and 10 lb, almost daily in the mornings plus some other exercises. It is not pretty but is quite invigorating! Feels good to get over with early and then do more if I can later. Again, having more non scale victories is worth my extra work.
