Today I did not wake up and workout and my throat was a little sore so I have taken it a little easy today. Work has been uber stressful and I have loaded up on vitamin c. I always get sick at the change of seasons may and oct. today I had the best lunch and even though it is process it tasted healthy. Dr. mcdougall's black bean quinoa salad. I told myself today that I was going to use this portal as a launch pad for highlighting all that is right in the world. I always find things I like but then the product throws a new and improved and it somehow loses its flavor.

So I left fatsecret and I tried some others thinking there was something better out there. I left because the exercise format is not to my liking although many other sites have better I like the ease of fatsecret. The food tracker is so easy and comprehensive. The challenges are cool although I have never truly completed any. I have the weakest willpower known to man. Oh yeah the best is the seven minute app cool and quick

It was Thanksgiving weekend and I have to get back on tracked of losing weight. I went to tgifridays and ordered a hamburger and of course I ate turkey dressing and green beans yummy all weekend.I know I have to get back on track and I will. I did not even work out since wed.

I am being mindful of my diet and fitness, but sometimes I still have snack attacks but lately these have tampered down a bit.

Today I havent done too much other than computer work and have not had an appetite. I weighed myself and my weight is under where I want it to be. Although misleading because I know as soon as I eat something tomorrow I will be over, but in this weigh lost game I will take any good that I see lol.
