Today I did not have energy and was not motivated. I am in trouble because the holiday was not long enough. I did not go lightly on food while on vacay. I ate because to be honest it does not matter what I do to lose weight a lb here comes with more than 3500 calore deficit for me. I can do nothing and still weigh this even if by some good luck I lose as soon as I eat I gain.

The holiday was a frenzy I was at home and ate without abandonment it felt good to be out of control but my waistline paid dearly. Like always one tiny step forward ten steps back. I wanted to eat salads but I did not want to deny myself of Roy Rogers and Logans food. There was definitely no deficit in sight and on top of that there was no workout to be had. I ran a 5k for a fun run without stopping but that was Thurs and since have consumed so many calories 5k times 5 couldn't compare l o l.

Today I guess I have lost a pound even though I am starving marvin. Yesterday I would say something must be working because food is tasting a lot better lately. I have joined a running group and it is really motivating and a little daunting. I have been logging my food which is really showing me that I must change my sugar addiction and of course the love of carbs. I have also been moving a lot more with my fitbit as a constant reminder to get off my rump.

I did go down a lb and I feel lighter but I have also been pushing myself to the limits on my working out and for what a lb lost which I will gain tomorrow eating a salmon sandwich mustard instead of mayo of course. If you can't tell I am frustrated than I am sorry today some success is not even on my things to log.

Todays weight gain is driving me nuts I have been minimal on eating and working out harder than ever. Running every day and adding spin and zumba.I haven't been doing my short strength workout like regularly but I have been doing some dvd workouts.urgh.
I know I have to go back to salads but honestly I am getting so tired of them yes I have tried variety. I have a smoothie on most days which is new for me. The frozen banana a thing of genius.
