Lo is me I breathe in air and gained two lbs. I know weight fluctuates but I swear mine has me in a holding cell. A lot people talk about losing ten lbs I can't even lose two what gives? I am going non swimming today. Non swimming is for people like me that do not know how to swim we just get in the water. I m going to do some water arobeics

I wanted to post my latest entry into my weight saga before I ruin it again. I ve been running on the treadmill and with a running group. Today I did a fun run 30 15 I was really hoping under 30 min but my phone slip and I walked a lil so outta breath. 😟 today I went to the cheesecake factory and with out any conviction to stay slim I ate some cheesecake. It was so oo good maybe because I very been trying to eat healthy I appreciated it more dunno.

Today I signed up for a bootcamp class I hope I can jump start something different in my body. I haven't been eating like I should I noticed when my energy is low I turn to eating. For some reason I fall asleep super early than in the middle of the night and I cannot go back to sleep :(

Normally I would not even log my weight as it is too near my goal to stay on the scale. I am not going to lie in this very moment I feel better than if I won the super bowl. Even though weak in some of my workouts I have pushed myself. To all those on FS meet frank because frankly speaking I am afraid of food right now.when I eat I gain plain and simple. Not saying that I m not eating but small portions. I made my best dish yet brown rice guacamole mango salsa imitation crab meat aND carrots. The carrots were added as a filler.the two veggies I lean on right now are mushrooms and carrots to make it seem like I hAve more food than a half of cup of something good.

Today a lot of small things are happening usually I would turn to food. I went for a run instead and I took a melatonin and 5 htp and a prayer for sleep
