Im just irritated today, yesterday, this week... Im found myself angsty snacking so Im taking a break to update my log and not throw my day away.

Hectic week - this time of year gets crazy at work. Plus Ive had to give my kid a ride to school every day. So far so good on my goals though.
My goals for this week are:
Bring lunch every day - On Track! Having cooked chicken has been so helpful.
Drink. More. Water. - Still a struggle but trying to be mindful
Log - Not perfect but getting it in there
15 minutes of intentional movement a day - Yes! Making a point to go walk either on lunch or after work.
So Im sticking with the goals and Im going to continue focusing on them for the rest of the week. Ill try to weigh in tomorrow and see where this week is taking me.
Finally - I had no idea that shrimp has so much sodium. I guess it makes sense, but WOW it was way more than I wouldve thought.

I was right - extremely busy weekend! It was homecoming and I am not cut out to be a girl mom. She looked great though, and had a good time.
I did precook chicken over the weekend, and Friday and Saturday I hit my step goal.
My goals for this week are:

Drink. More. Water.

Taking it day by day. Trying to remember to log everything. This is another busy weekend coming up, but Im going to do meal prepping so I dont have to scramble every day to figure out what to eat. Im also on a McD's kick. Yesterday, that all I wanted for lunch but instead I ate my sad turkey sandwich that I brought to work. I didnt bring anything today so its a gamble.
After talking to my therapist yesterday, Im realizing that one of the reasons I havent been to the gym is because I have co-dependent tendencies. Im not around any of the people I used to work out with, my old gym owner sold the place and moved, and Im just kinda floating along by myself. I actually dont mind going alone so I guess Im just using it as an excuse that I didnt even realize was there.
Todays goals are:
hit my step goal
bulk cook some chicken in the crockpot
