Well no C-19 infections yet. However, my normal sinus cold and asthma is still in full swing. Kinda of acting like a shut in an avoiding people. Doing my Food Shopping in the wee hours of the morning. In general not going out and using Amazon for shopping are getting deliveries form stores.
I think our country needs to forgo the FDA guidelines and and do volunteer testing on any ant-viral drug.

Been doing some thinking about food. If I eat diet food at home and prepare all of my meals like most I will lose the weight. However, I think what I need to do is learn portion size, I mean really learn it. When we go out to eat which is roughly 3 times a week. Mainly as my wife does not cook anything but pasta dishes, and to be frank I get tired of doing all of the cooking we go out. So I do my best to order the lowest calorie meals and avoid the apps and such, (even though I really really want them) I still end up high in carbs and around 2000 to 2500 calories. some morning I wake up and I am not hungry at all. But my doctors all of them say I should eat something. Now I do a lot of household chores maintenance stuff cleaning, painting yard work etc... Not everyday but at least 4 days a week just to keep busy. Again if I don't eat lunch my Blood Sugar (bgl) will drop like a rock in a pond. So I eat (mostly the right stuff) my bgl spikes and I need to sleep a little. So I back to wondering if it pays to eat diet food are should I just eat really small portion of regular food.

Well I put on about a pound per week, I guess that’s okay considering the amount of carbs I been eating while I was a couch potato. Still have pain in both knees. Not as bad as a couple of weeks ago. So they maybe slowly healing.
Today I’m having my coffee outside on the patio. It’s that warm we’re I can sit in the shade drinking my coffee, listening to all the birds. My maple trees are budding all my perennials are sprouting. Now considering this is early March in central NJ (USA) an I normally in the pass would be checking my snow blower making sure it was fueled it just amazes me.

my body wants something it is not finding in the food. They say when you eat it is because your body needs fuel. When you consume or crave items it is looking for something your not giving it. Today I ate a lot of graham crackers, couldn't stop, turns out I was sated when I added some peanut butter to the crackers. Pity I could figure that out before I consume a packet!

Well, sadly I fell off the diet wagon yesterday. Ate mostly junk food, coffee crumb cake, chicken Fajita's (Chili's) Pizza at night with my son. Just Ate and ate. I also did a lot of walking. Went to a very large mall and walked the length back and forth. Also took my Chip out for walks to the park. They want me to exercise my knees. Again I think I overdid it. Suppose to rest them and do mild low impact stuff once every hour so they don't stiffen up. Hurt them both when I did the gardening the other day. So tired of people telling me "Your older so you can't do what you used to do". of you should hired someone to do the yard work! Well I never been one for having other do for me. Bad enough my asthma and diabetes sidelined me and it takes me twice are three times as long to do the yard work as it used to. They just don't understand it is something that gives me pleasure and satisfaction. Just like my woodworking. I always enjoyed building things are keeping the yard clean and neat. Oh well enough of the complaining train, Time to get back on track and eat right again today. Dieting is like the AA, you take one day at a time and avoid the triggers. However, my triggers live with me.
