Yeah, for Friday. Day two without my partner. She's out of town til Tuesday, and I am trying to juggle my full time job with running kids to summer programs and Gymnastics/wrestling etc.
I had a good workout this morning with 50 minutes on the Recumbant bike at over 130 bpm.
Had a different snack last night. Two servings of Casein Protein with some milk and Walden Farms peanut butter spread, then 1 cup of puffed wheat cereal. It tasted like a real treat, but had a 40 grams of protein and some whole grain goodness.
Everyone have a great friday and a good start to their weekend.

Hello all in FS Land!!!
Good to be here. Living my Lifestyle as K8tk calls it.
Eating healthy and exercising, feels so much better than eating junk and feeling bad/remorseful about it.
A good workout this morning on the SpinBike. 130 bpm for 50 minutes. What a good feeling when that is over.
Hope everyone has a great humpday and great rest of the week.
My wifey is out for 7 days starting tomorrow, so i'm going to be playing mr. mom. I know, Step up and be a man, right, I will............
