Happy Sunday,
Another start to another week. Hope everyone is doing well today. Monday tomorrow. So I'm hoping, working towards a good attitude that will help me get through my workout and healthy eating habits.
I like to journal about the positives and how good I feel after my cardio workouts in the morning.
Wanted last night at 12 midnight to get out of bed and dig into the ice-cream, but didn't. I feel so good that I was able to fend off this craving.
The Guilt and bloated feelings are never worth it.
Anyway.........everyone have a great week and we'll chat later.

Good Saturday to everyone in FS Land.
Having a good day so far, as I was able to get in 50 minutes of cardio this morning, and then off to the local Bkfst Restaurant for a special treat for my birthday girl. My sweetie turns 40 today.
I have her friends meeting her at our neighborhood pool at noon for bbq pizza and adult beverages.
The kids and I are going to take her out for dinner. Her Pick. She is so excited, she can't decide on Mexican, Italian, or Home cooking.
Hope you all have a wonderful Saturday, I'll check back later and then for sure tomorrow.

Good Friday everyone. We all survived another week.
Had a little treat last night but had room for it in the RDI table so don't feel too guilty.
I've been reading the book "Women Food and God" which is a neat read in the fact that some of us put a bad spin on food and quantities etc.
Anyhow, It is a good read. That being said, I had a good workout this morning (50min on the Spin Bike) and am looking forward to a nice lunch.
On another note of books, maybe K8tk's book will be published soon and I can read it for further food exercise growth. WHO knows.

Hi FS Buddies.
I made it through another thursday morning workout. Hope you all did too, or are atleast planning on it.
I am planning a b-day party for my sweetie, this saturday at our neighborhood pool. For the dis-organized, this is not an easy feat.
I am trying to do little pieces along the way, to keep from missing or messing up something. The problem is I'm having a hard time keeping it a secret, and making the plans and getting the stuff ready.
Oh well, I shall plow forward and do my best. Kind of like my eating and exercising.
Need a positive attitude for tomorrow. It is squats day and is usually not very easy mentally to get ready for. I WILL DO IT.....IT WILL BE GOOD, Right????
Have a good Thursday, our weekend is coming.
