Saw my cardologist yesterday. BP=fine. Cholesterol=fine. ekg=fine. at my request he did basic metabolic panel. I wanted one because ketogenic diets can throw off sodium and potassium. But they were fine to . Yeas!! now if I can just get pass this stall

Although my carbs were sufficiently low, I don't think my fat content was high enough. my goal is to have 85% fat this week.
For week 2: Decreased RCI from 2000 to 1900. increase Fat% to 85. maintain net carbs to <= 20

Water weigh -- 1 lb. I know what it is -- I know that flucation is part of the bodies life cycle -- I still hate to see it. Ugu.

Eating going really well. My ketones are rather low.(.4 this morning). I wonder if my body has become ketone-adapted (able to use fat for fuel) since I have been on a rather low carb diet (<50 ) for over six week. I am having steady weight loss. It will probably be somewhat over a pound this week.
