- Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. Meng de havermout met de muesli, de walnoten, de honing (of suiker), de yoghurt, de 3 geprakte bananen en de 2 geklutste eieren.
- Meng in de andere kom de bloem, het bakpoeder, de soda en het zout. Vet een cakeblik in met boter. Meng het droge en natte mengsel goed door elkaar en schenk dit vervolgens in het cakeblik.
- Bak het brood 30-35 minuten (evt. halverwege de bovenkant bedekken als deze te bruin wordt) en lepel ondertussen de schaal uit – net koekjesdeeg.
