É tipo um pão de forma, feito de aveia e requeijão light.

Directions

  1. Misturar bem todos os ingredientes à mão até ficar bem cremoso. (orégano opcional).
  2. Colocar num pote quadrado (para ficar no formato do pão de forma), levar no microondas por 4 minutos na potência máxima.
  3. Esperar esfriar um pouquinho, tirar do pote, cortar ao meio no sentido horizontal (fica duas fatias).

Observar o tempo de micro-ondas e o tamanho do refratário. Em minha 1a experiência 4min. foi muito; 3min. a 900W é suficiente e o refratário deve ser pequeno - aprox. 10 a 12cm.
