Crema Porri e Spinaci

Directions

  1. Sbucciare le carote ma lasciarle intere. Sbucciare la cipolla e tagliarla a pezzettoni. Lavare e tagliare il sedano a rondelle. Sbucciare le patate, lavarle e tagliarle a dadini. Mondare e lavare gli spinaci accuratamente.
  2. Mettere i porri in una pentola alta con il sedano, le patate, le cipolle e le carote. Unite l'acqua e portare ad ebollizione facendo cuocere 40 minuti circa a fuoco moderato.
  3. Togliere le carote ed aggiungere gli spinaci 10 minuti prima del termine della cottura. Passare il tutto con il passaverdura e regolare di sale.
